 (1) Developing sensitive and accurate chromatography-mass spectrometry methods for qualitative and quantitative determination of toxic compounds and drugs in food or biological specimens.
(2) Translational metabolomics: Using chromatography-mass spectrometry based platforms to analyze metabolites in biological samples. Investigating the dynamic changes of metabolites or metabolic profiling related to disease.
