We study the mechanism of diseases using zebrafish as animal model. Our projects contain skin tumor development and metastasis, neuron degeneration diseases, human genetic disorders and teleost innate immunity. These disease models could be used to screen therapeutic drugs from small molecular compounds and herbal extracts.
