Oocytes are large single cells that have many characters different from somatic cell. My laboratory is interested in understanding how the process of meiosis happens that would produce healthy mature eggs. We also concerned about how aging issues impact on female reproductive system that caused infertility.

We have advantage of using molecular biology tool to study following topic that we are interested in:

1.      Study mechanism of meiotic divisions in mammalian oocyte

2.      Aging issues in female reproductive system

3.      Female hormonal disorder related disease

4.      PPolycystic ovarian syndrome; PCOS
